The best way to prepare for the incoming transformation is to focus on the human experience (HX) digitally and physically and customise that experience and message so you will be in a position to leverage future opportunities. As the decentralised system takes hold, brands and businesses will also need to be transparent, with users taking control of their privacy and data.
